You Can Now Assign Payments (after they’ve been processed) to Multiple Auto-Debit Groups

Posted on June 1, 2018 by Miles Bodzin, DC

Auto Debit Groups allow you to categorize your payments into groups so you can pull reports showing how much revenue was generated for that group.  You’ve had the ability to assign an Auto-Debit Group when using any of the payment tools (as seen here).  For example, it allows you to track your Chiropractic Services, Massage Services, Products, Gym Memberships, etc.

We’ve improved this feature by now allowing you to assign multiple groups to a payment after it’s been processed.  For example, a payment you process needs to be grouped as Chiropractic, Location A, and New Patient Visit (as illustrated below)

Coming Soon!

Patients will have the ability to update the card-on-file for their scheduled auto-debit payments.  The Auto-Debit System® will automatically notify patients to do so when their card-on-file is about to expire.

The Cash Plan Calculator® will have a simpler user-interface for creating and editing plans.

All these great updates are yours to use at no added cost.  Updates are always included with your membership!
