What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote Training & Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude. We pride ourselves on our 5-star service and are looking for someone who shares that commitment. You’ll also:

  • Document customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a low-stress environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality by protecting sensitive financial and health-related information

What You Can Expect

While this is a 100% remote position, it requires the same level of commitment and professionalism as being in an office. You will be expected to be fully engaged and productive for your entire shift. This role is not a replacement for dependent care, and you must work your entire shift without interruptions from personal or home life.

Your daily work will involve communicating with clients via chat, web meetings, email, and phone to provide training and support. Our company culture is kind, compassionate, and fun, and we want you to feel valued and respected.

Position Requirements:

  • Available for full-time, remote work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. (Inlcudes two ten minute breaks & a 30 minute lunch break.)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a strong, hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi). You’ll need a download speed of 100 Mbps or higher and an upload speed of 20 Mbps or higher.
  • Must use your own up-to-date computer/laptop for the first 30 days of training (no phones or tablets). After 30 days, we’ll provide all necessary equipment.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • The ability to quickly learn new software and navigate multiple programs while assisting customers.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Required to be on webcam for company meetings.

An unlikely combination of talents, education, and experience lead to success.

After leaving the study of electrical engineering, Dr. Bodzin pursued a career as a chiropractor, where for nearly two decades he built a very successful wellness practice.
